Miami is known for her racy veneer, loud disco music and noisy clothes. However, beneath her surface lies her true depth and free spirit. Optimism shines forth through Latin, Rock, Rap, Singers with heart, Funk, Blues and Soul. Miami has a sound reflective of her ease and beauty, long sunlit days and "Moon over Miami" nights.

Miami is a community that embraces its multiculturalism. Again this is embodied by the spirit of the music. The Miami music scene is one of the few places left where there is a sharing and caring music community; where musicians play on each other's songs, co-write and perform together.

We at Courtyard Music recognize that we need to support this community and set the tone for the music being heard. What makes us different? We care at all levels of the continuum.

All great movements start somewhere, and we feel strongly that the next great movement in music starts here, with the open heart. Realizing this magic only comes once in a great while and when it strikes, we have to seize it and hold on to it as tight as possible.
